Audio Adrenaline Worldwide

Audio Adrenaline Worldwide was my fifth Audio Adrenaline CD. If I were to compare it to the others that I have, I would say that it leans a little more to the pop side than the rest. Now I’m no fan of plain old pop music but Worldwide still carries enough guitar and musical creativity to keep me interested.

Audio Adrenaline Worldwide is closer to the Newsboys than their others, which leaves it a good ways from a Switchfoot or 12 Stones style.

The lyrics are excellent and help keep me interested in the CD. You can sing along and worship right along with the band. Overall I like the CD and it is probably the good lyrics that keep me listening.

I’m going to have to say that I don’t have a favorite song on the CD. It’s not that I don’t like the songs; probably just that there aren’t any that stand to me.

There is one song that I will skip from time to time. Leaving Ninety-Nine reminds me of the beatles, and I never was and never will be a beatles fan. I just keep waiting for this song to do something and it doesn’t.

If you’ve liked the other Audio Adrenaline CD’s you will probably like this one as well. On the other hand, if you thought that other Audio Adrenaline CD’s were a little light than this one may not be for you. It is for those that want their music just a little harder than the Newsboys.
