Underdog by Audio Adrenaline

It is a CD that does not lean too far to either the pop style or the hard rock style. It is full of good songs; none get skipped on this CD. Audio Adrenaline is for those who like their music a little harder than the Newsboys and not as hard as Skillet or 12 Stones.

I can’t say I have a favorite song on the CD, I like all of them.

The title track is a very good song and has a spoken part in it. “Underdog. I wince every time I say the word, especially in connection with Jesus. Yet as I read the birth stories about Jesus I cannot help but conclude that although the world may be tilted toward the rich and powerful, God, Halleluiah, is tilted toward the underdog.”

A few months later I purchased a book titled The Jesus I Never Knew by Philip Yancey and found that it was a quote from this book. This book, by the way, is excellent.
