Who Is This Jesus Christ?

A Skeptical Roman Journalist of the First Century Searches for an Answer

Who Is This Jesus Christ was written by Rev. William G. Houser, Ph.D. This book is written through the fictional eyes of a non-believing first century Roman newspaper reporter spanning from the birth of the Christ Child until the resurrection. Each chapter of the book is written as a newspaper article, totaling 29 articles.

When I first started reading the book I thought it was just going to be another re-telling of the gospel story, something I’ve read myself in the Bible. Why would I need to read it again in this book? Well, it didn’t take long before I had changed my mind and I couldn’t wait to see what was in the next article. This isn’t an easy thing to do, after all don’t we already know this story and how it ends?

Yes, this book is a re-telling of the gospels in part, but it is more. Rev. Houser brings in other historical information and some fictional content from the perspective of the Roman journalist along with the gospel story to make a wonderful book.

I highly recommend Who Is This Jesus Christ to all believers and to all skeptical Roman journalists.
